This Brown two-piece American furniture brand sectional came from a smoke free home that had two dogs. Structurally it is In excellent shape, however there is some minor runs on two of the cushions that can be flipped over, And on one of the armrests that I point out in the video and photos.

I would normally sell this couch for $650-$750 and it would sell fast!

Due to the runners on the cushions I’m selling it for $550 firm.

This couch is being sold on a first come first serve basis, you can definitely come see it at our Hamburg PA building. If you just want it delivered we do a detailed FaceTime or duo walk around video with you before we deliver the couch so you can see every inch of what you’re purchasing!

Due to the soaring price of gas we charge a flat $75 up to 50 mile delivery fee from our Hamburg storage , 19526 . Each additional mile over 50 miles is $1 per mile. This is to cover our gas and is more then fair. Right now all furniture companies are charging $300 minimum for delivery !

For a fee of $150 we will take your old couch to the dump.
