Couch came from a smoke free ,kid free home. The owner did have a small dog that was not allowed on the couch. There is one quarter sized nick in the fabric on the backside of the couch that happened during when it was being moved. Up against a wall its not visible , other then that the couch is MINT!

Due to the soaring price of gas we charge $75 up to 50 mile delivery fee from our Hamburg storage , 19526 each additional mile over 50 miles is $1 per mile right now all furniture companies are charging $300 minimum for delivery.
